At the time of the order we will give a shipping fee which is a best estimate and a guaranteed maximum. From Order date to Shipping date we will seek to find a lower cost regional carrier or inventory closer to the final destination. If we can ship at a lower cost, the difference will be rebated to our customer.
Upon our customer’s acceptance and payment in full, the order will be final and cannot be cancelled.
Each individual product line will have an estimated lead time. They differ widely and should be considered as part of your project planning process. Please check each product to determine that your order can be delivered as required for your project. Tango makes every effort to provide an accurate estimate of lead times, but our products are made to order and hand produced with variables outside our control. Tight deadlines for deliveries are not advised.
We strongly urge our customers to order samples of products they wish to order. We have made every effort to represent our products realistically on-line however all computer screens and printers are not identical and thus the product is best evaluated in person. Credit or rebate is given for all samples returned.
All orders must be inspected and accepted before our delivery driver leaves the destination site. A signature verifying that the order is complete and undamaged is required for all orders, and without it our warranties are voided.
Any damage, discrepancies, or other issues must be reported with supporting documentation to Tango within 24 hours. Once reported, Tango will act immediately to remedy problems. Products damaged in transit or defective will be replaced. Products materially inconsistent with samples as to color, size, thickness will also be replaced provided the sample was ordered within the previous 30 days.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the product(s) that have been purchased. We will calculate all shipping costs for you. Shipping costs are determined by the weight, volume, origin and destination of product. We also offer white glove service which can include delivery to your home and removal of boxes.
Upon request, Tango will expedite orders at an additional cost.
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: CA and MA. States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. The local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. Orders delivered to California locations are F.O.B. destination point which means title passes in California.
